Twenty Management Group is an OnlyFans management agency registered in Australia and the United States, managing creators across Australia, the US and Canada, and it didn't start as one. It started as an Instagram page — @under20k — built to promote female creators and grow their socials through paid promotion. The name was the whole brief: creators under 20,000 followers. The ones nobody else would touch.
That is still the thing we are best at. The industry chases accounts that are already big, because those are easy to look good next to. We spent years doing the opposite — taking small pages, building the personal brand underneath them, and turning an audience that looked insignificant on paper into one that actually spends. An engaged following of a few thousand routinely out-earns a bored following of a hundred thousand, and knowing how to build the first kind is a specific skill.
Running that page put us in front of hundreds of creators, and the same thing kept happening: they'd ask who was managing them, and the honest answer was usually nobody worth having. The management on offer was anonymous, disorganised, and frequently dishonest — people operating out of DMs with no company behind them and no interest in protecting anyone.
That was the gap. Creators didn't need another promoter; they needed management with integrity — discreet, professional, legally registered, and straight with them about the money. So we built it.
Since then we have worked with one of Australia's biggest creators, and with women across the United States who had never posted a single piece of adult content before signing with us — several of whom now have six-figure months. Those two ends of the roster look nothing alike, and the reason we can hold both is the same: we learned this business from the bottom, on the accounts where nothing is handed to you.
